Families experiencing financial hardship, homelessness, and other challenging circumstances can apply to receive a birthday box for their child. Please see our application for all requirements.

Birthday Box Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We can provide a receipt for your records.
